  • Discuss course topics with peers in-person rather than through online discussion boards or in local college classrooms without high school peer groups

  • Meet other homeschool high school students and enjoy community life!

Faith Integraion and Steudent Life

  • How will the community foster a faith-based environment where students can grow spiritually, academically, and socially?
The community will offer relationship-building events. Students will be encouraged to take leadership roles in the faith community, such as leading classroom prayer or serving in community outreach projects.
  • What role will prayer, Bible study, or other faith-based activities play in the community’s weekly schedule?
Faith-based activities will be scheduled upon interest by the local families and staff to allow students to deepen their relationship with God and each other. Students will be encouraged to participate in prayer and Bible study groups.
  • How will the OnWord Community address the spiritual needs of students, especially relating to their mental health and well-being?
Students will be encouraged to seek guidance when facing emotional challenges, and prayer will be a key part of the community support system.
