OnWord Community sees the involvement and authority of parents and education of whole families as a cornerstone of societal wellbeing.

How will parents be involved in OnWord’s governance, decision-making, and community-building processes?
Parents have the opportunity to participate and volunteer in community events and attend regular Board meetings to provide feedback and offer new avenues of networking in our locale. Parents have representation on the Board of Directors and parents teams which function similar to committees to help shape community policy and direction. Community life is enhanced by activities that foster peer relations between students and among parents.
