Steps for Fall 2026 Enrollment
There are three options for enrolling with OnWord:
Enrichment
ND Dual-Enrollment Student
MN PSEO Student
Please note which one your student is interested, and follow the specific instructions on the dropdown menu based on your option.
NOTE: If more than one class is of interest, a dual-enrollment or PSEO student may choose to also sign up for a class as an enrichment student. Please clarify this at the end of the OnWord Enrollment Form.
ENRICHMENT (non-college) STUDENT:
1. Enroll with OnWord Community:

Deadline: Monday, July 20 (Late registration with additional fees runs through August 10.)
2. Payment:
Great News! Fees remains the same affordable price as last year.
Enrollment fees are due by the first day of classes (9/3 or 9/4). We are currently transitioning to a new website and appreciate your patience as we update our payment options. Enrichment students can participate at a flat fee of $100 per course in addition to the enrollment fee.
ND STUDENT (DUAL ENROLLMENT):
Did you know?
ND Residents pay $99.45/credit (a 60% DISCOUNT compared to standard rates of $240/credit). These courses are a wise investment for ND high school students. Tuition payments will be made directly to Crown College upon registration for classes.

2. Apply to Crown College:
Complete the free online application for the Fall 2026 semester here—
https://www.crown.edu/academics/pseo/application-process/
Select "Dual Enrollment: Non-MN Resident” to begin.
A high school transcript is required with your submission.
Deadline: Monday, August 10.
3. Upon Crown acceptance/admission—
Email OnWord Administration at onwordfm@gmail.com to update our record.
4. Register for Classes—
Review the attached "ONWORD Reg Fall" document to set up your student Crown IT account. We recommend registering for classes by Friday, July 31 to allow adequate time for onboarding and familiarity with the online Crown College Canvas interface.
5. Payment—

3. Upon Crown acceptance/admission:

4. MDE-NOSR Form:
You must complete a Minnesota Department of Education NOSR form before accessing the course registration portal. Request this PDF file titled "MDE-NOSR 2026-27" via email at onwordfm@gmail.com. It sounds difficult but is really quite easy to complete!
5. Register for Classes:
