1. Enroll with OnWord Community:

Deadline: Monday, July 20 (Late registration with additional fees runs through August 10.)

2. Apply to Crown College:

Complete the free online application for the Fall 2026 semester here—

https://www.crown.edu/academics/pseo/application-process/

Select "PSEO: MN Resident” to begin. 

A high school transcript is required with your submission.

Deadline: Monday, August 10.

3. Upon Crown acceptance/admission:

Email OnWord Administration at onwordfm@gmail.com to update our record.

4. MDE-NOSR Form:

You must complete a Minnesota Department of Education NOSR form before accessing the course registration portal. Request this PDF file titled "MDE-NOSR 2026-27" via email at onwordfm@gmail.com. It sounds difficult but is really quite easy to complete!

5. Register for Classes:
Request the "ONWORD Reg Fall" document from onwordfm@gmail.com with instructions to set up your student Crown IT account. We recommend registering for classes by Friday, July 31 to allow adequate time for onboarding and familiarity with the online Crown College Canvas interface.

6. Payment:

Great News! Fees remains the same affordable price as last year.
