Fee Structure
2026-27 Enrollment Fees, Enrichment Fees, and Facility Donations are detailed as follows:
Enrollment Fee: $100 Annually, 1 student
Enrollment Fee: $150 Annually, 2 or more students
Enrichment Fees: $100 per course taken by a student not participating in classes as dual-enrollment (ND) or PSEO (MN)
Facility Donation: $75 per student per day of the week during the semester
*Enrollment Fees are paid by each participating family; this annual fee includes both fall and spring semesters. Families who pay Enrollment Fees in the Fall Semester do not repay for the Spring Semester.
*Enrichment Fees are in addition to Enrollment Fees and only paid by Enrichment Students.
*No payment of fees is required at time of completion of the enrollment form. All fees are due via online portal (coming shortly!) or in person by first day of class, 9/3 or 9/4, and other prior arrangement is acceptable. A late fee of $50 (1 student) or $75 (2 students) will be processed if this registration form is received after 7/10/26. A late fee of $25 will be processed if registration fees are received after 9/4/26.
*Additional textbook price may be required and is not included in the fees listed above. Please inquire with your OnWord course instructor/assistant about what text will be used.
*ND residents: Additional fees apply per credit for each course taken for college credit through Crown College. ND Students pay $99.45/credit (a 60% discount compared to standard rates).
*Facility Fees are encouraged as a free-will offering of $75 per student per semester per day of classes (Thursdays and/or Fridays) and are made payable to St. Paul's Newman Center (example: Joey attends fall semester classes on both Thursday and Friday--his facility donation is calculated as $150 total for the fall semester). Your donation is offered for the building space generously shared with our community. Thank you!
